Camp Albemarle
Our annual trip to Camp Albemarle is quickly approaching. If you have not yet turned in the permission slip, please do so. Also, if you haven't signed up to help, click the link below.
Language Arts Update
Students need to recognize fact and opinion relationships in all types of texts. This may seem simple at first, but often facts within nonfiction text can be tricky. You can help at home by looking a newspaper or magazine article and discussing the facts and opinions with the text.
Math Update
We are going to begin adding and subtracting fractions with unlike denominators. This is very difficult because it involves several steps to accomplish the task. You can help by making sure your child is solid on their math facts through twelve. This is essential when it comes to finding common denominators.
