Yes, you are correct, it is a week full of tests!! These assessments are used data collection, not student grades. They help us to determine what skills students have mastered and areas we need to focus on over the next few months. You can help at home by making sure your child gets a good night sleep, has a healthy breakfast, and packing a healthy snack every day!!
SNACKS!!
Please make sure your child has a healthy snack every day!! When a child is hungry, it is harder for them to focus on their tasks at school.

With the winter months upon us, it is important to keep our students safe. We will do our best to get students outside every day, as long as the temperatures are high enough. We will offer an inside option on days when the wind chill is 32 or below. Students are able to go outside if their skin is covered.

Midyear is this week. This is not a test your child can "study" for. We will be giving this assessment to determine the strengths and weaknesses of each child. It will also guide our instruction for the next few months. This IS NOT a grade!!!
